A Kundalini & Cacao Retreat / Holiday in Portugal
Join us at the luxurious Quinto de Lagos in the stunning Algarve for a 5 day/6 night Kundalini retreat with like-minded souls. Our incredible suite of villas is set in large private gardens in Lagos with beautiful trees, swimming pool and ponds and just a few minutes’ walk from magnificent beaches.
Our time together will be a mix of powerful Kundalini Yoga morning and evening (suitable for newbies to Kundalini and more experienced yogis), Gong Baths, work with the heart opening, consciousness expanding Cacao Medicine, Yoga Nidra and other sacred practices all designed to transform anything that you need to shift and change.
This is a time to take a step back from your everyday life, allow yourself to go deep, in a safe and held space, and discover what you can let go of and what you can bring in to activate and cultivate your super powerful potential.
We will have lots of time on the stunning beaches, walkable from our villas, eat delicious, healthy and nourishing food, and time to deeply rest, recharge, contemplate, and have so much fun and laughter with new friends.
Travel days on the Monday 10th and Sunday 16th June
