Join Kirsty for a deeply nourishing afternoon exploring the art and science of radiance and healthy ageing.

Drawing on Kundalini Yoga, the latest longevity research, nervous system regulation and the supportive coherent field of the Energy Enhancement System, we'll explore some of the key pillars known to support health span, vitality and wellbeing as we age.

The afternoon includes two hours of Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, meditation and practical teachings, followed by one hour of deep rest in the Energy Enhancement System, allowing the body and nervous system time to integrate and restore.

This workshop is suitable for all levels and particularly relevant for anyone interested in ageing well, increasing their energy, improving resilience, supporting recovery and cultivating a deeper sense of vitality from the inside out.

Kundalini Yoga is a precise and intelligent practice.
It works directly with the nervous system, breath and awareness to gently clear patterns and re-organise energy. When it’s taught in a grounded, well-held way (which is how I teach), it’s not about pushing or forcing change, it’s about creating the conditions for clarity and self-regulation to emerge naturally.
After 2 hours of Kundalini, the body feels more open and responsive, the energy has shifted into better flow and the subconscious is relaxed and receptive
Rather than rushing straight back into daily life, during these workshops, we then get to rest super deeply for a full hour on the comfiest recliners in the scalar energy field of the EESystem, allowing the body and nervous system to fully integrate the practice.

This combination of Kundalini and EE:
supports deep parasympathetic relaxation
helps stabilise and embed energetic shifts
supports cellular energy and coherence
allows insight and release to settle into the body
