We’ll spend the full 3 hours immersed in the Energy Enhancement System, which uses bio-photonic light and scalar wave technology to create a stable, coherent environment that supports the body’s natural ability to regulate and restore itself.

Through Kundalini kriya, breathwork and mantra, we’ll build and circulate energy using navel-centred (Surya) practices to support circulation, lymphatic flow and metabolic function.

We’ll then regulate and stabilise the system, helping the nervous system organise that energy so it feels steady, clear and usable — not overwhelming.

The final hour is deep rest in the EE, allowing everything to integrate and settle.

Kundalini Yoga is a precise and intelligent practice.
It works directly with the nervous system, breath and awareness to gently clear patterns and re-organise energy. When it’s taught in a grounded, well-held way (which is how I teach), it’s not about pushing or forcing change, it’s about creating the conditions for clarity and self-regulation to emerge naturally.
After 2 hours of Kundalini, the body feels more open and responsive, the energy has shifted into better flow and the subconscious is relaxed and receptive
Rather than rushing straight back into daily life, during these workshops, we then get to rest super deeply for a full hour on the comfiest recliners in the scalar energy field of the EESystem, allowing the body and nervous system to fully integrate the practice.
